The moment that God (God the Son) took on Human flesh in the Incarnation something Monumentally Supernatural happened, which brought us into a Position that is 100% Identified with God Himself for all Eternity!
1. -“EMANUEL” God, with Us! (Philippians 2:6-8) [Amp] – 6. Who, although being essentially one with GOD and in the form of GOD [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make GOD GOD], did not think this equality with GOD was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained, 7. But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like MEN and was born a HUMAN BEING.
Jesus the second person of Godhead became a HUMAN BEING, He did not just Resemble a Man!
8. And after He had appeared in HUMAN form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross!
2. -“EMANUEL” God, one of Us! (Hebrews 2:9, 11 – 14) [JB Phil] “11. For the one (God) who makes men holy and the men who are made holy SHARE A COMMON HUMANITY. So that he is not ashamed to call them his BROTHERS, for he says: ‘I will declare your name to my brethren; in the midst of the congregation I will sing praise to you’. 13. And again, speaking as a man, he says: ‘I will put my trust in him’. And, one more instance, in these words: ‘Here am I and the children whom God has given me’. 14-18. Since, then, “the children” have a common physical nature as HUMAN BEINGS, he (God the Son) also became a HUMAN BEING, so that by going through death as a MAN he might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil; and might also set free those who lived their whole lives a prey to the fear of death. It is plain that for this purpose he (God the Son) did not become an ANGEL; he became a MAN, in actual fact a descendant of Abraham.”
In and through the Incarnation God will never again, be Defined outside of our Humanity, and equally our Humanity will never again be Defined outside of God’s Deity!
Therefore God will never be Ashamed of you being one of His Family!
Likewise, we must never Draw-back or be Reluctant to Accept and see ourselves as His Family!
(Colossians 2:9-10) [Amp] 9. For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature.] 10. And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—and reach full spiritual stature]…
